Consecutive Sudoku example
Consecutive Sudoku logic puzzles

A Consecutive Sudoku puzzle consists of a standard Sudoku grid with the addition of white "consecutive markers" between certain squares. These indicate that the squares are consecutive - meaning that the numbers in these two squares have a numerical difference of '1'. For example: 1 and 2; or 4 and 5.

An added twist with Consecutive Sudoku is that a 'non-consecutive' rule also applies - if there is no consecutive marker then the numbers are not consecutive.

As with any Sudoku puzzle, there is only one possible solution, which can be reached via reasonable logical deduction. Guessing is never required.
